Today I completed your quarterly pest control service first I gave you an ant arena bait trap station to place in your bathroom where you’re seeing the ant activity. Outside your home I first removed all the webs and spider activity with our web tool. Next, I checked your rodent station and replenished it with new fresh bait. It is now ready for any mice to come its way. Lastly, I thoroughly treated the exterior of your home with liquid residual material. Please allow up to 14 days for the applied materials to agitate all seasonal pest and eliminate them. Today completed your pest control service. I have applied a liquid residual treatment to the baseboards and all areas of the building, as well as applied a cockroach jailbait in the upstairs kitchen area and in the area in the food storage where cockroach activity was reported. I’ve also replenished the bait in the interior bait stations, which showed minor feeding activity and the exterior bait stations which showed moderate feeding activity. I did spray the entire perimeter with a liquid treatment along with your entryways and across your driveway at the garage door. I did not spray underneath your first floor windows. It was too windy.This treatment will help keep seasonal and other general crawling insects from the interior spaces of your home. Please allow 10 to 14 days for this treatment to take full affect. You may see an uptick in activity during this time which is perfectly normal. Next I checked exterior bait stations, and there was no activity in the one on the left side of your house. The one in the back was empty. I put fresh bait in both. Lastly, I checked your termite monitoring stations. The two that you have showed no activity at all. Two of them are missing.
